I feel like ...

Crap. I woke up this morning with a lovely case of gastroenteritis. My only trips today have been from the couch to the bathroom and back with a very occasional excursion to the kitchen for more fluids. I felt horrible calling in sick because today is my short-call day (aka my day to cover 2 floors until I sign out to night float at 7 PM), but I knew I'd never make it today. Being sick sucks!
